Medalion Marketing Ltd is one of Nigeria’s leading Exhibition Management Company with Franchises from various City Chambers of Commerce in Nigeria for consultancy services in the organization of major International and domestic exhibitions across the country. Since inception, the Company has been a first class provider of professional management services in the areas of Exhibitions and Trade fairs. Through the course of running these trade fairs, we have established strong long-term relationship with Chambers of Commerce, media, partners, sponsors and client.
Over the years, our team has developed competences and capabilities in the conceptualization, design and delivery of successful, quality Events and trade fairs that create experiences and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Within 5 years, the Company has been involved in the organization and management of International, domestic and specialized fairs for Chambers of Commerce, the USA Embassy and the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology. Some of these fairs are;

Key management team of the company had been responsible for the partnership with the Lagos and Kaduna Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture in the organization and management of some aspects of the;

OUR CAPABILITIES
MOBILE EXHIBITION HALLS
We are the Authorized Agents and exclusive distributor to Liritents Technology, the 2nd biggest manufacturer of Exhibition and Events tents. Recently, we imported various sizes of standard exhibition halls. The largest is tent is 1250sqm with dimensions 25m (W) x 50m (L) x 12.2m (H) and is capable of housing 80 exhibitors using standard shell scheme stands. The height (37ft) and the removable side curtains guarantees cross ventilation in the tents. We have already used these tents at the 2007 Kano and PH while international trade fairs as well as the 2008 Abuja International Trade fair at the old parade ground area 10 Abuja.

SHELL-SCHEME PAVILIONS:
Again, Medalion Exhibitions Limited has been appointed as Sole Agents in Nigeria and West Africa for the sale and distribution of Lington Exhibition Systems Limited, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of exhibition schemes and equipments that are used international in trade fairs in Asia, Europe and America. We have acquired 150 shell scheme pavilions in 3mx3m and 6mx6m dimensions. Because they are scaleable, the schemes can be given in dimensions of up to 18mx18m.
Our Shell scheme Booths are made with quality aluminum profiles while the panels are made with the latest ACP (aluminum composite panels) to make them both durable and of good quality. We also have 25 prefabricated Maxima Booths which are used to build exclusive pavilion designs for Companies that wish to make brand statements.

BRANDS AND STARS CONCERTS
The Brands & Stars concerts was conceptualized in realization of the fact that music is a commodity that could also be packaged and delivered to audiences within the trade fair arena to enhance participation of both exhibitors and visitors. The Event brings top Nigerian artistes and comedians to the venues that perform daily from the commencement to the end of the fair and provides daily entertainment to the over 500,000 consumers that attend the 10 days trade fairs at various venues. It was also designed to promote the various brands to the huge consumer community that aggregate at the fairs. We have held over 240 days of concert since 2004 and will hold 150 concerts from Feb – Dec. 2009 across 12 cities where we have already secured Franchises to organize these fairs. |
